Same Team. Same Promise. A New Name: Welcome to Faithful Properties

You may have noticed something different on the signs out front of our neighborhoods, our email signature lines, or how we answer the phone. Hillard Properties is now Faithful Properties.

Our name has changed, but everything you’ve trusted us for hasn’t gone anywhere.

We’re Still the Hillard Team

For years, you’ve known us as Hillard Properties. The name is on leases, on maintenance requests, and on the relationships our residents have built with our team. That history matters to us, and we are not walking away from it.

What we are doing is putting a name on what has always been true about how we work. Faithful Properties is the same local team, the same hands-on management, and the same quality construction our residents have counted on. The only thing that changed is the sign out front.

Why a New Name

The Hillard name built something real in East Texas: well-built homes, clear leasing terms, and a management team that picks up the phone. As we grew, we wanted a name that said exactly what we promise every resident, every day.

Faithful. We do what we say. We say what we do.

That is the standard we have always held ourselves to, and now it is also the name on the door.

What Stays the Same

If you are a current resident, nothing about your lease, your home, or your maintenance team changes. Your rent, your lease terms, and your point of contact all stay exactly as they are.

If you are looking for a home in East Texas, you will find the same quality and the same people, just under a name that better reflects what we are here to do.

What’s Ahead

We are not slowing down. We have new homes coming to Smith County, and we are working hard to keep the leasing process simple, the costs clear, and the homes well cared for.

If you want to see what is available right now, you can view current homes and apply online anytime.

A Simple Promise

We built Faithful Properties on three lines:

Do what you say. Take care of people. Treat every home like it matters.

That is not a slogan. It is how we answer the phone, how we handle maintenance, and how we write every lease. It has been true since the Hillard days, and it will be true under this name for a long time to come.

Thanks for being part of what comes next.
